This morning was spent in the kitchen, baking a loaf of sourdough Einkorn bread, and calzones I froze for Jim to have a few quick meals when he gets to Georgia.
The calzones I don’t use a recipe really. My standard pizza dough makes four perfect calzones that fit my plastic mold.

I was playing around with my logo this morning. Your thoughts on this? I like the way it looks, but I’m not sure “Tinksquared” is clear to someone that doesn’t already realize that’s what it says.
