I skimped on the batter a bit, so my waffles this morning aren’t pretty, but they are oh. my. god. pure bliss.
Sourdough Blueberry Waffles
Rye sourdough, and this batch I used Einkorn and Spelt flours, I always add flax, so they are extremely healthy. I dumped in a couple of cups of blueberries too, so darn delicious! My recipe is here.
Are you sick of snow pictures yet? These were taken this morning (except for the two with a bit of sunshine, those were from yesterday afternoon).
We got more snow during the night and it is still snowing this morning. I am so blessed to still have power.
